equityloop.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. equityloop.com collects information from our users at the Post A Project section. By collecting information, we are able to provide services and features that are intended to make a better and more valuable experience on our site. E-mail addresses are used to inform our clients of project renewal opportunities. Collection of personal information may be used to contact our clients for the purpose of research, product development, customer service, or marketing. Our clients will be flagged for deletion from our database if they do not renew their projects.

Registration
In order to post a project listing on equityloop.com, a user must first complete the Post A Project form. During registration a user is requested to give their contact information (such as name and email addresses). This information is used to contact the user about services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Order
We request information from the user on our Credit Card Payment form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. equityloop.com will never send a cookie to our clients.
